The newspaper group NWT enlarges their Cargo installation with three more modules. The modules Connect, Production and Digital are added to increase efficiency. Since NWT are planning to switch to CrossAdvertising, the Cargo modules are planned to be fully working by the end of 2020.

Our office is still fully operating. All of us at Laidback has been fortunate enough not to catch the virus and are working full time. Standard opening hours is still working for us. We are very used to working with remote access so there is no actual difference for us.

Since Lokaltidningen became part of Bonnier News, Cargo will be installed as the main system for ad management also at Lokaltidningen. This means Cargo will handle all ad management for all of the newspapers at Bonnier News.

At the end of 2019, Bonnier Magasines and Brands will start producing with Cargo. This installation is integrated with  Salesforce. Bonnier Magazines and Brands is one of the biggest Scandinavian magazine publishers publishing twenty different titles.

Gota Media, having 14 daily newspapers and about ten different news sites, buys Cargo. The system will be integrated with Adbase from Naviga. The Cargo system will handle all the advertising workflows including print and digital, ready made adverts as well as the production.
