We have SUP-contracts for all of our own solutions and products, as well as for selected 3rd party software. Cost for SUP-contract is a fixed percentage of the list price for the product purchased.
For customers in need of more maintenance, we offer a contract where we take care of the tech support from end users, configure your system, weekly check-ups etc. This extended support is depending on customer needs. Contact us for a quotation.
