Statwatch is made to give everyone an instant overview of ad bookings and ad files at a newspaper or a publishing house. The sales staff can see their own orders and if the files has arrived, the sales managers can get an overview of the sales, the traffic department sees what is missing and so on - and they do this in their web browser.

Statwatch works two ways.
1) Using SQL Statwatch searches the database to find all orders according to the search criterias entered.
2) At the same time, Statwatch searched the files and folders for the production to see where in the production workflow these files are.

Together with the handling of statuses, this gives the users full control of the workflow and saves lots of questioning between the sales department and the traffic department.
